Consider and take appropriate action to appoint Brent A. Baker to the Williamson County Conservation Foundation (WCCF) Board, effective immediately, to fill a term ending April 2014.

Background

This action is to confirm the appointment of Brent A. Baker to the WCCF Board for a term ending effective as of the Foundation's April 2014 annual meeting. This action is based on recommendation from the WCCF board passed at a May 9, 2012 called board meeting of the WCCF.

With this appointment all open positions on the board are filled. The terms of the remaining board members are as follows: Commissioner Lisa Birkman, Commissioner Valerie Covey, Larry Quick and Maria Acosta - end effective with the April 2013 board meeting. Brent Baker, Patty Eason and Rob Rothenberg terms end April 2014.
