Consider approving Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $18,000 for SH 29 Two-Way Left Turn Lane, a Road Bond Project in Precinct Two.
Background
This Change Order increases the plan quantities for excavation and embankment on the project due to unsuitable subgrade material encountered in areas of the roadway widening. The unsuitable material will be excavated out and replaced with suitable embankment material from other areas the project.
