Consider an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge use of Park Donations:

Background

Donations include $1,461 from Mark Moeller and friends for a memorial bench to be placed at Berry Springs Park and Preserve in memory of Jared Ryan Moeller; $250 for firewood from County Line on the Lake; and numerous patron donations for firewood and disc golf.
