Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Facilities
Background

We have several facility maintenance items that are critical in nature and need to be repaired sooner than later.  First is the replacement of heat exchangers due to leakage/safety issues in the Juvenile Justice Center ($67,165) and second is the replacement of valves and coil kits at the Justice Center  due to leakage and failure ($101,315).  For questions on this item, please contact Gary Wilson at 943-1636.
