Discuss and take appropriate action on resolution honoring Leander High School's winners of the "How Can We Lighten Up the Earth?" art competition.
Background

Leander High School students were encouraged to participate in the "2011 Lighten Up on the Earth Day drawing contest" sponsored by Clawson disposal, Inc.  Scholarships were awarded by Clawson Disposal for $1,000 to the First Place winner, $500 to the Second Place winner and $250 to the third place winner.  The contest was held  to recognize the importance of educating future generations of the value of recycling.
