Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for JP2.
Background
To transfer funds for the purchase of one additional utitlity table that matches the three that we already have. This table is being discontinued and needs to be purchased now so that the size and appearance will match the existing tables. This way they can be used together to make a larger table.
