Consider approving Purchasing Cooperative Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Ft. Worth, including participation in the Texas Payment Card Consortium.

Background

Attachments include the Inter Local Agreement with the City of Ft. Worth. This agreement allows the two governmental entities to make cooperative purchases per Local Government Code 271.102. Also included is an attachment for participation in the Texas Payment Card Consortium.
