Consider declaring an emergency and approving a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for Non Departmental

Background

The County participates in the Taylor TIF and the Leander TIF. This payment hits the Non Departmental budget and has not been paid this year. The payment is roughly $67K. In addition, the County pays for it's Fleet "make readies" out of miscellaneous. These are cars that need minimal work prior to going to auction. These charges hit miscellaneous as well. We just completed one group of vehicles for auction and will have two more auctions before the end of this fiscal year. Costs are estimated at $10K
