Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the County Clerk's Records Management Fund.

Background

I apparently wore out my laptop as I keep getting errors that won't go away and IT can't make go away. The Judicial Search won't work anymore through Internet Explorer browser and no one knows why. That just happened as of last week. I have had memory issues with it for over a year and after replacing the RAM once already and increasing its capacity, it is back to giving me memory errors again. With the new release of Odyssey, every time it updates it breaks our Anthem software on my PC. This only seems to occur on our older machines. Otis suggested I get a new one to replace this 2006 model.
