Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Tax Assessor/Collector.

Background

Our main office is in need of an additional copier/scanner. Copies and scanning are done on a continuous basis throughout the day and employees are waiting in line to use the copier. This creates a longer wait for the customer and is not a good use of the employee's time. Additional copier/scanner is needed which will be placed in the accounting section.
