The District Attorney's Office is requesting a Line Item Transfer to move funds to the Transcript line item. Previous investigations, hearings, grand jury proceedings and trials in felony criminal cases requiring numerous transcripts have depleted budgeted funds in the Transcript line item. Additionally, an upcoming capital murder trial and three other pending felony trials currently set on the court's dockets will require many additional transcripts. |
