Discuss and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Technology Services:
Background
Budgeted for upgrading the Oracle environment.  This includes the enterprise licensing model as well upgrading the servers.  The entire amount for the project was budgeted in Software, so the hardware (server) portion now needs to be transferred to the proper line item.
