Consider road closure on May 30, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. for end of the school year block party.

Background

The families of 8200, 8201, 8202 and 8203 Fern Bluff Ave. will host an end of the school year block party on May 30, 2010. They estimate that 70 people will take part in this event. The block party will begin at 5:00pm and will conclude at 10pm.

The proposed street to be closed is Fern Bluff Ave. but neighbors will still have access to their homes and this is a through street and will only be closed on one end and all of those houses are part of the party.

The county road department, sheriff's department and EMS have all reviewed and approve.
