Discuss and take action on a modifications to Task Order HSCEDM-10-F-IG034 relating to the T. Don Hutto Facility.

Background

The Order for Supplies or Services Schedule that provides funding under Contract DROIGSA-06-0001 covers the period 10/01/2009 thru 1/31/2010. The attached modification is to “close out” or deobligate residual funding under the above listed contract. Kim Porter, CCA Senior Director, Federal Partnership Relationships has approved of this modification. (Indicating all invoices have been paid) Williamson County has received the $1.00 per man day for the period covered as well as the county’s monitoring fee

The Order for Supplies or Services that provides funding under Contract DROIGSA-10-0002 covers the period 2/01/2010 thru 6/30/2010. This provides both the man day payments and the monitoring fees to Williamson County.

Please note that the current IGSA does not provide a minimum payment amount to Williamson County. The amount paid is tied directly to man days billed. The monitoring fee remains a set amount.

Under contract/order number DROIGSA060001, HSCEDM-09-F-IG014 the following transactions occurred.

It should be noted that some of the funds provided in Item A #0005 may have been used line item’s 0002 or 0004. Additionally, the original contract was for 12 months not 10 months as listed on the proposed modification.

CCA has approved this modificaiton.
