Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for All County Courts at Law

Background

Each year the County Courts at Law budget for necessary Transcript money. Depending on the number of trials and/or length of the trial, dollars needed can fluctuate up or down. We have had a large bill in the amount of $1800 come through and we only have $1000 in this particular line item. This transfer should cover funding needed throughout the end of FY '10.
