Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Records Mngt Preservation Fund.
Background
This transfer will allow us to purchase shelving for the warehouse. Currently boxes are stacked upon boxes and pallets require movement using a forklift. So if an individual needs a box on the bottom, it is quite tedious to get to. The shelving will allow us to stack fewer boxes and access other boxes faster.
