Consider approving PSTP Suddenlink Agreement.

Background

For the Public Safety Technology Project (PSTP). This provides the dedicated link for CAD (911 Communications) and mobile data (Sheriff, Constables, Police, EMS, Fire, etc) to be able to appropriately communicate via the in-car mobile laptop computers. This is included -- and funded -- in the PSTP project.
