Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for All County Courts at Law

Background

Each year we budget the professional services line item based on historical data. This line item is used to pay for psychiatric evaluations ordered by the court to determine whether or not a defendant is competent to stand trial. The current budget for this line item is $6500. However due to an unusually high number of psychiatric evaluations, this budget for the year has been depleted. This transfer is expected to cover costs through FY '10.
