To discuss and take appropriate action on the approval of a Line Item Transfer for URS

Background

To replace the current Plotter, the plotter that we use to make signs broke. It will be more expensive to repair the existing Plotter than to replace it. This replacement was not in our budget. We were hopeful it would last one more year.
