Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non-Departmental
Background
Budget numbers from HR were based on 35 retirees. We currently have 46 retirees, driving this cost up. In addition, employer health insurance rates increased (after budgets were requested) from $461.50/mo to $586.10/mo. This also impacted our line items. All adjustments have been made to the 2010-2011 budgets accordingly.
