Consider declaring an emergency and approving a budget amendmnt to acknowledge additional expenditures for JP#1.

Background

This is the first year the JP #1 office has had to budget for utilities for the Truancy Program which began October 1, 2009, without any prior knowledge to the amount of money needed for the utilities on the building that is being used for the Truancy Program we need additional funds. Judge Johnson has elected to use a portion of his $2.00 transaction fee to coveer builiding cost i.e. utilities. This amendment will recognisze the expenditure.
