Motion: To authorize the County Judge to purchase 8.774 acres owned by the Brinkmeyers for the Chandler Road expansion program near CR 374 at a price of $210,000.00.

47. Comments from Commissioners.
  Commissioner Birkman said there will be an Open House this Thursday at 5:30 to 8:00 P.M. at Live Oak Elementary on the Pond Springs Road Project with a presentation from the engineer at 6:30 P.M.  She told the Court that Connie Watson nominated Brushy Creek Regional Trail for the Texas Association of Counties Best Practices Award.
