Consider and take appropriate action on supplement to Comprehensive Parks Master Plan to meet approval guidelines of TPWD.

Background

The Comprehensive Park Master Plan was approved at the 10/21/08 Commissioners Court. As discussed during the presentation of the plan minor amendments were anticipated to meet all requirements of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD). The Master Plan is a necessary component for successful submission of grant applications from TPWD.

A copy of the amendments, as a Supplement to the Williamson County Comprehensive Park Master Plan, is attached. The amendments are minor in nature and make no significant changes to the principles of the plan.
