Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non Departmental

Background

This transfer is the same as the transfers on last week's agenda to move monies to cover postage machine rental. As you already know, the current contract has expired and individual departments will be budgeting for their own machines. CSCD was using the one machine available at the InnerLoop. We are transferring funds to cover a rental through the end of the year. However, CSCD will be covering these costs out of their state funds beginning October 1st 2009 going forward.
