Discuss and take appropriate action on changing election precinct boundary lines for precincts 420, 424 and 426 to create election precincts 402 and 403.
Background
Precinct 426 has exceeded the maximum number of registered voters allowed by the Texas Election Code. The changes are necessary in order to reduce the number of registered voters in Precinct 426 to bring it into compliance with the Texas Election Code.
