COMMISSIONERS’ COURT RECONVENED FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 11:32 P.M. ON TUESDAY, MAY 13, 2008.

             
35. Discuss and take appropriate action on real estate.
  No action was taken.
             
36. Discuss and take appropriate action on pending or contemplated litigation.
  No action was taken.
             
37. Discuss and take appropriate action on the County Landfill.
  No action was taken.
             
38. Comments from Commissioners.

  Commissioner Birkman commented that she had a public meeting Monday night that went well and she appreciated everyone who attended.

Commissioner Long commented that she had a meeting in Libery Hill Monday night and received good feedback from the public. The CAMPO vote on the Travis/Williamson County border near Anderson Mill project was approved and the trails project in Round Rock also passed.

Commissioner Covey commented that CAMPO approved the $8.8 million for the Williams Drive Project.  She also advised the Court of the ribbon cutting this Friday at 11:00 A.M for the phase of Ronald W. Reagan Blvd. between FM 3405 and Williams Drive.  

Commissioner Morrison commented that there was a very positive City Council meeting in Hutto in regards to the landfill.

Judge Gattis commented that he was pleased that recycling was the most discussed item at the Hutto City Council Meeting.
