The Court should note this as a Scriveners Error. The final plat of Forest Creek Section 36 was approved by Williamson County Commissioner's Court January 15, 2008. The Developer informed Williamson County Addressing Department of the incorrect spelling and advises none of the lots on Hale Erwin Dr and Hale Erwin Cv have been sold and, therefore, it is requested the spelling be corrected to Hale Irwin Dr and Hale Irwin Cv. Williamson County Addressing Department contacted the County Attorney's office and was advised no public hearing would be necessary. |
