Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the County Wide Records Management Fund
Background
We initially budgeted a large amount of monies for Imaging and Microfilming. Several departments are choosing to shred documents needing to be disposed of first in order to not spend unnecessary monies in imaging. This line item transfer will provide funding for just that.
