US 79, Section 3 (a Pass Through Financing Project) - Standard Utility Agreement with Jonah Water SUD
Background
The County agrees to design and construct replacement facilities of a 12" water line the length of the existing facilities. Jonah agrees to acquire the necessary easements for the relocation of Utility facilites in conflict with the US 79, Section 3 project.
