Background

Per Sheriff's Office, Bicycle C08-02-4848 (brown boys bike) is to be destroyed due to the altering/removal of a serial number

The following bicycles were not issued serial numbers by the manufacturers:

C08-01-3704: Blue/Silver Razor Scooter
C08-03-6870: Silver Shavor Scooter w/ no handle
C08-03-6870: Silver w/ blue handle Razor Scooter
