Discuss and request approval of the FY08 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) proposed allocation of funds.
Background

The County was awarded CDBG funds in the amount of $1,096,069 for FY08.  There are also three previous year projects that have concluded that they are not able to utilize funds awarded to them.  The County will now reallocate these funds totally $332,600 to new projects.  Therefore, the County has a total of $1,428,669 to allocate to projects.  Scoring outcomes and recommended funding amounts are outlined on the attached spreadsheet.
