BE IT REMEMBERED that at 12:13 P.M. on TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 2015, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

Motion: To approve one (1) invoice from Weaver & Tidwell, LLP in the amount of $7,250.00 for professional fees associated with the audit of the Avery Ranch Road District as of and for the year ended August 31, 2014.
