Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding approval of a temporary DIR Network Consulting Services Agreement to support information technology operations of Williamson County. Action may include, but is not limited to approval of services agreement (not-to-exceed $15,000 in funding from Fund 409), and authorization for County Judge to sign same and any related documents.
Background
The county requires a procurement mechanism to have the ability to engage a DIR vendor in the event of a technical outage.
