Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Lease Extension Amendment with the Texas Department of Public Safety – Driver License Division (State Lease #1688) for the location at 515 Pine Street, Georgetown, Texas for twelve (12) months, from September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2016.
Background
The term of the Lease would be extended for 12 months, from September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2016 for the leased premises comprised of 4,380 square feet of space at $8.40 annual rate per square foot for a total of $3,066.00 per month.
