Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Williamson County & Cities Health District, WIlliamson County Animal Services Department and Williamson County Animal Control for the pre-exposure rabies titer testing, vaccine and administration for at-risk County employees and authorizing the County Judge to sign the MOU .

Background

Employees that are identified as high-risk for exposure to rabies as determined by the Williamson County Animal Services Department and/or Williamson County Animal Control receive pre-exposure rabies titer testing and/or vaccines based on the recommendations of the CDC. This expense is currently budgeted in the HR budget.
