Receive and authorize letter agreement with Bluebonnet Trails Community Services to support mental health operations and benefit Williamson County.

Background

This arrangement will assist in facilitating transfers to San Antonio State Hospital (SASH). Bexar County requires that an account be set up with Legalease to pay for any necessary hearings for committments at SASH. this account is prepaid with funds to allow for Bexar County to draw off of this when hearings take place. Bluebonnet Trails Community Services as agreed to set up an account and will bill the county when appropriate. Legal has reviewed this Letter Agreement.
