Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding bids received for Limmer Loop Overlay and Striping, Bid# 15IFB114 to the lowest and best bidder Angel Brothers Enterprises LTD and approving the Construction Service Agreement for execution.

Background

This bid is for contractors to provide, experienced milling and overlay with striping crews and equipment to resurface and restripe Limmer Loop from CR 110 to approximately 1280 feet northwest of SH 79. This project should be finally completed within 55 working days and has an estimated budget approximately $4,000,000.
