Background

This is the next section of the Sonterra West development. It consists of 38 single-family lots and 1,370 feet of new public roadway. The entire area within this phase changed with the approval of the revised preliminary plat approved on July 15, 2014. All plat peview fees have been paid. Construction is complete.
