Discuss and consider approving line item transfer for County Sheriff.

Background

This line item transfer is being requested to replace nonfunctioning and unrepairable tasers. If these tasers are not replaced, a request will be submitted in the fiscal year 2015/2016 budget in order to keep all officers equipped with this vital tool. The transfer is possible due to unanticipated savings during the vehicle procurement process.
