Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action to approve standard information release contract between Texas Workforce Commission and Williamson County Constable’s Office, Pct. 4 to support agency operations and authorize County Judge to sign TWC Contract #291PEN066 and related supporting documents.

Background

This agreement is to allow employment record information to help locate criminal and civil defendants for service. Texas Workforce Commission allows access by Williamson County Constable’s Office, Pct. 4 via the contract for these purposes.
