Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Order abandoning, releasing and vacating any interest that Williamson County may have in relation to the public utility easement situated on the west side of Lot 3, Block A, Rainbow Island, a subdivision in Williamson County, Texas according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Cabinet I, Slides 38-39, Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas.

Background

County Engineer, Joe England, will be in court to provide information to the Commissioners Court in relation to this item. Mr. England has obtained consent letters from the utility service providers wherein they have expressed no objection to the abandonment.
