Background
This is a small, two-lot rural subdivision located along SH 29 on the north bank of the San Gabriel River. There is a FEMA Zone AE Flood Zone on this property. Minimum first floor elevations for each lot will be established at the time of the final plat. Preliminary plat review fees have been paid.
