Background
The garage for the home at 207 Westfield Drive (Lot 7, Section 4A) was recently built approximately one inch over the 25 foot building setback line. The lender is requesting a variance from the County for this encroachment in order to have a clear title. Available sight distance along Westfield Drive is not an issue.
