Discuss, consider, and take any necessary related action for approval of First Amended Master Contract with Texas Bells and Whistles for Miniature Train and related operations at Southwest Williamson County Regional Park.

Background

Texas Bells and Whistles has an interest in supporting the provision of recreational miniature train and related facilities, including proposed renovations and expansions of the existing “Cedar Rock Railroad” located in the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park. Texas Bells and Whistles intends to fund approximately $85,000 for a three-phase renovation and expansion project with no cost to Williamson County.
