This action is to confirm the appointment of Patty Eason, Maria Acosta and Brent A. Baker to the Williamscon County Conservation Foundation (WCCF) Board for terms ending effective as of the Foundation's April 2016 annual meeting and to accept the resignation effective 12:00 noon, April 23, 2014 of Rob Rothenburg. This action is based on recommendation from the WCCF board at its April 23, 2014 annual meeting.

Background

With the resignation of Mr. Rothenburg one position on the WCCF board is vacant and interviews will be conducted by the WCCF to fill the position. That selection with come to Commissioners Court for confirmation when filled.
