Discuss and take action on the acceptance of an increase in FY12 Homeland Security Grant Funds in the amount of $64,000 and authorize the County Judge to sign the updated Sub-recieptient Agreement that reflects the new award amount.
Background

CAPCOG has remaining FY12 Homeland Security Grant funding that must be expended by 04.30.2014. Due to expenditure constraints the funds must be spent on projects that had already been approved. Williamson County had a project in FY12 that was for the purchase of radiological detection equipment. The equipment to be purchased with this funding will greatly increase the capability of the HAZMAT Response Teams.
