Background
This rural subdivision consists of 99 single-family lots averaging 1-2 acres in size, and includes 11,568 feet of new roads. It is located on the west side of CR 200, approximately 3.2 miles north of SH 29. Construction of the roadways, dranage and a new bridge is complete.
