Discuss and take appropriate action exempting Priority Dispatch from the competitive bidding or proposal requirements established by Section 262.024 (a) (7) of the Texas Local Government Code, as the sole source provider of National Q Case Review Software; and consider and take any necessary action to authorize the Presiding Officer of the Williamson County Commissioners Court to sign a quote and sales agreement with Priority Dispatch.
