Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action regarding Professional Services Contract with Baer Engineering and Environmental Consulting, Inc. for a limited asbestos survey at the Williamson County Road and Bridge Maintenance Building (1100 FM 970, Florence, Texas) pursuant to the Professional Services Procurement Act (Tex. Gov’t Code § 2254.004).

Background

Baer Engineering was selected from the pre-qualified list as provided by RFQ#10WCRFQ1011. They are the only company providing this specialized service. There will be a not-to exceed cost of $2,001.27
