Background

After analysis of the submittals it is the recommendation to award this contract as follows:Crop Production:Primary vendor on item 1-5, Secondary vendor on item 6, 7; Tertiary vendor on item 8. Red River Specialties: Primary vendor on item 6, 7; secondary vendor on item 1-5 & 8. CWC Chemical: Primary vendor on item 8; Tertiary vendor on item 1-7. The contract term will be from April 8, 2014 through April 7, 2015.
